Refund Policy

Order Cancellation and modifications:

Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours after placing your order to make any modifications to your order, delivery address or to cancel your order. Keep in mind this is not guaranteed, once your package has been paid for it will go through processing and once items have been processed and placed in production they can no longer be modified nor cancelled.   

RETURN PROCESS

 To return an item, please email customer service at Regalmaisoninfo@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Discounted items and items on promotion are final sale.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

In the event of a return due to dissatisfaction or if an item has been sent in error, any refund will be made immediately after the return of the product to be returned.
